Chimichurri Sauce

Originating in Uruguay and Argentina, Chimichurri is the perfect addition to grilled steak. The perfect balance of heat and acid, this sauce adds flavor to beef that is unmatched.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup finely-chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 red chilies small (deseeded and finely chopped)
3-4 cloves finely-chopped garlic

  Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours.


After cooking steak, top with a few tablespoons of Chimichurri and enjoy!
