Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup finely-chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 red chilies small (deseeded and finely chopped)
3-4 cloves finely-chopped garlic
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours.
After cooking steak, top with a few tablespoons of Chimichurri and enjoy!
