What We Offer

Premium Market

Shop our growing selection of meat, dairy, and pantry staples today. We pride ourselves on sourcing quality products so you can shop with peace of mind about where your food comes from.

Whole & Half Cows

We sell whole and half cows from family farms in Tennessee and Texas. All of our meat is USDA choice or higher and is never administered antibiotics, added hormones, or feed additives

This is a great way to stock your freezer with some of the best quality and tastiest meat you can possibly find. And when you buy in bulk, your price per pound often ends up even cheaper than what you’ll find at the grocery store.

Bulk Beef

Not able to invest in a whole or half cow yet? No problem! We also offer different packages that start at just a few hundred dollars.

Our bulk beef replenishment, ¼ cow bundle, and freezer stocker bundles offer the same quality meat at similar cost savings.

Premium Angus Beef

Just looking to grab a few things? We also offer a large selection of steaks, burgers, sausages, roasts, and more in our meat market. We source our beef with quality at the forefront. All of our Angus and Akaushi Wagyu beef is sourced from our family of farms in Tennessee and Texas and is free of antibiotics and hormones.

Who We Are

Simpson's Meats has a long history that started in 1888 on Jim Simpson’s farm in Athens, Tennessee. For over a hundred years, Jim’s family has worked hard to keep the farm going and stick to what we believe in: delivering great quality and being proud of what we do. Jim’s great-great-grandfather, John Simpson, was known for his top-quality milk.

Now, we keep that tradition alive by making sure the meat we sell, like our Premium Angus Beef, is the best it can be. We get our meat from animals that live on farms with lots of space to roam. To learn more about our story, check out our About Us page.
