Subscription Basics

You can update the meat in your box via the customer portal as long as it is updated before your next order is processed. Still need more help? Watch this video and it will walk you through customizing your order.
You can choose to receive shipments every 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

Pricing & Billing

You will be charged when you place the order for your first box, after that, we will charge you on the same day of your next billing cycle.
Absolutely! We take 10% off of every one of your boxes.

Shipping & Delivery

Your order will come in a thick-walled, insulated styrofoam cooler. That cooler goes into another box to ship. We fill your box with dry ice which is exceedingly effective in keeping food frozen for the journey. Even if the dry ice dissipates during delivery, your meat will remain at a safe temperature - it should be at least cool to the touch when it arrives. Food safety is important to us, and we want to deliver top-quality products every time. This is a proven process we believe in for optimum results.
