"We have so far tried only a few cuts of the beef and everything has been so so good. When I’ve ordered a half cow before, I would find a local farm and have to drive to the butcher, which is a couple of hours away to pick it up. This service, being shipped to my house was really convenient! "We have gotten multiple half cows from Simpson meats. All of them were under my brother‘s name. This is the first time we’ve ordered ourselves and had it shipped. We used to pick them up. "This is some of the best Grass Fed beef I have ever had. We used to raise our own don’t have the farm anymore and had to find someone that still does it right . This is an Excellent beef flavor Excellent moisturizer in steaks and meat. I would love to say it is the cook cause I do the cooking but believe me it is the QUALITY of the meat . What would be your earliest delivery date for a 1/2 cow?
Hey Jeff, we are about 2-4 weeks out right now from the date of order on quarter, half, and whole cows. Thanks for reaching out!
Do you sell the tongue and ox tail
We do typically send tongue and oxtail per request to customers! Most folks tell us they don’t want them so that’s why we do not have them listed online on the half cow breakdown. Thank you for reaching out!
