"I reached out 2 times to find out when it was going to ship. The day of the original ship date, had to ask where the tracking was only to be told they were waiting on package of chicken. That pushed it for shipping the next day. Even though, I was told a day or 2 before everything was on track. Why did I have to ask? A simple email in advance telling me that something was unexpected would have sufficed. Then FedEx changed my shipping time 3 times and when I finally got the package it had fabric softener spilled on the box and several holes on the box. Thankfully, my meat was in a foam cooler (that doesn't close well on one side because it was damaged a bit) with smaller boxes inside with the meat or I would have been so mad if that got on my meat. This was my 2nd time ordering and probably be my least, which is a shame because the meat is good. But, their lack of communication and choice of shipping was not up to par for what I had to pay for the meat itself."
