Your Bulk Beef Replenishment will come in a boxed, thick-walled, styrofoam cooler that has been packed with dry ice to ensure product stays cold during shipment. Dry ice dissipates over the period of your shipment, but the gases keep the food cold post-dissipation.

"Very pleased with order just like previous orders I have made with Simpson’s. Everything was packaged good. No torn or open seals. Quality of meat looks great. Nice marbeling in steaks. Only issue was Fed-Ex delayed delivery an extra day. Meat was still mostly frozen when received but not pleased with extra 24 hour delay in delivery."
