Cook Time

1 hour

1 lb. Simpson's Premium Angus Ground Beef
2 lbs. Queso Velveeta Cheese cut into squares
1 lb. Smoked Gouda Cheese cut into squares
1 - 8 oz. Block Cream Cheese
1 - 4 oz. Can Diced Jalapeno
1 - 10 oz. Can Original Rotel
1 - 10.5 oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Cook ground beef in pan, drain fat, and set aside.

Preheat smoker to 225F.

While smoker is heating up, combine all ingredients into a dutch oven, half pan, or any dish of your choosing.

Place ingredients in the smoker for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, mix all ingredients together and raise temperature of smoker to 350F.

Stir queso periodically and smoke at 350F for 30 minutes.

Once all the cheese has melted and a smooth consistency has formed, remove from smoker and enjoy!
