Is the Meat Vacuum Sealed?
Yes! We vacuum seal and label all of our products.
How Does Meat Stay Fresh During Shipment?
Your pork bundle will come in boxed, thick-walled, styrofoam coolers that have been packed with dry ice to ensure product stays cold during shipment. Dry ice dissipates over the period of your shipment, but the gases keep the food cold post-dissipation.
