All orders are hand-cut, so, usually, your package will leave our facility within 7-10 business days from the date you order. Often, it’s shipped sooner than that. Bulk meat orders (1/2 cows, whole cows, 1/4 bundles, 1/2 hogs, etc.) will require a longer lead time, general rule of thumb is 4-6 weeks from your date of order. Our customer service team will keep you updated on your order status after it ships.

Yes! We vacuum seal and label all of our products.
How Does Meat Stay Fresh During Shipment?
Your meat will come in a boxed, thick-walled, styrofoam cooler that has been packed with dry ice to ensure product stays cold during shipment. Dry ice dissipates over the period of your shipment, but the gases keep the food cold post-dissipation.

"I just recently bought some of your products. The meat is different from the stores. Tastes better. Cooks better without all the excess Grease. One major thing I've noticed is I was having stomach issues after eating. Eating Tums and rolaids like candy. But once we started using your meat I haven't had to take a single antacid. Zero.... Another thing I've noticed is before with store bought meat I was waking up hungry a few hours after eating. But with your products I seem to be eating less and staying full longer. I'm not an expert but there's seems to be a connection between eating better food without the garbage they pump into it and real meat. So far I'm enjoying the meat and these other pleasant side effects that have developed since we started using your products. Definitely gonna be buying more soon. Thank you. John Hamby"
