All orders are hand-cut, so, usually, your package will leave our facility within 7-10 business days from the date you order. Often, it’s shipped sooner than that. Bulk meat orders (1/2 cows, whole cows, 1/4 bundles, 1/2 hogs, etc.) will require a longer lead time, general rule of thumb is 4-6 weeks from your date of order. Our customer service team will keep you updated on your order status after it ships.

"My wife and I have always enjoyed flat iron steaks and have considered them a "special treat". We ordered the flat iron steaks from Simpsons as a trial to see if we liked them. They arrived quickly and packaged to ensure that they were fresh. Last night we grilled one of the steaks (they are large enough for one meal for two). They were tender, juicy, and flavorful - without a doubt the best flat irons we have ever had! We will never order or flat iron steaks from anyone but Simpsons. If you enjoy the best of meats, you must go to Simpsons Meats."
