Beef tenderloins are already very tender (hence the name) but there is still a place for dry-aging with this cut.  We dry-age our whole beef tenderloins in our dedicated, dry-aging cooler right here in East Tennessee which is climate controlled and specifically designed for dry-aging beef primals.  Dry-aging beef tenderloins cause the loins to lose moisture and the good bacteria activated in our cooler help tenderize the beef even further.  These elements combined concentrate beefy flavor and gives you one of the best filet mignons out there!

Simpson's average shipping cost is $15.00-$20.00 depending on where you are located in the United States and free shipping is given to all orders over $250.
